Lower Level Plumbing

Digging for the lowel level plumbing and sump pump. (Notice the cardboard in the far corner... someone has moved in before we're even finished) Does this count as occupancy? :)

 

 

With a go-ahead from the historian for the correct mortar color and consitency, brick work continues on the lower level and rear facade of the building.
